To ensure we can continue offering a curated selection of premium toys for your children and pets at the best possible prices, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at evercleaver676@gmail.com or via our official WhatsApp support channel. We will evaluate the issue immediately and make it right.

Exemptions For hygiene and safety reasons—especially concerning pet chew toys and items for small children—used or opened items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
